Who we are
Next Level Consulting (NLC) is an investment and strategy advisory firm based in N’Djamena, Chad.
We start from a simple observation: in Chad, Central Africa and the Sahel, opportunities exist – but they are often difficult to read, structure and secure for investors, institutions and businesses.
Our purpose
NLC was created to respond to very concrete needs observed in the field:
• investors who are not sure where to start or whom to speak to
• institutions that have laws, strategies or plans, but struggle to turn them into realistic action
• local companies with real potential, but lacking structure, visibility and support to move to the next level
Our role is to build bridges between these actors:

We deliberately adopt a pragmatic approach: fewer speeches, more work on concrete files, with clear timelines, clear responsibilities and deliverables that can genuinely be used.

Leadership & Strategic Direction
NLC’s strategic direction is led by a senior Chadian executive with over fifteen years of professional experience, more than twelve of which have been dedicated to:
• economic diplomacy
• investment and export promotion
• business climate reform
• private-sector development in close cooperation with development partners and financial institutions
This experience has been built in direct interaction with:
• investors
• public administrations
• and donors / development partners (project preparation and structuring, support to reforms, policy dialogue, regulatory and administrative constraints, budget realities, management of stakeholder expectations)
An initial part of this career in the banking and telecom sectors also gives NLC a very concrete understanding of how companies, markets and financial institutions operate, before focusing fully on investment, exports and private-sector development.
